The gap between deserving and attaining…..
Yeah!! Not much inferred from the title. Let’s dive into it :) It’s chilly winters, sitting with a cup of tea, relishing sunlight when a sudden insight happened, “you know what you want, but don’t know how to achieve it”.
Every day, Billions of people take a step ahead towards their goals, all that differs is, the span of steps taken. It not at all means, one has to always take longer steps and run fast (Hare and Tortoise)… ☺ The tortoise was the winner 😛
The greatest glory in living lies not in falling, but in rising every time we fall. ~Nelson Mandela.
The famous quote above clearly states that fall and rise are the two sides of a coin. Even a baby crawls before standing straight and start walking. A Surgeon is even in a battle with the life and death of a patient, he puts his all efforts to save the patient’s life. An army official is always on two battlefields, one fighting for the country and the other with his family if he could not return. Being a doctor he deserves to be credited for saving a patient’s life, a soldier deserves to awarded with the family meeting, nevertheless, sometimes their desire doesn’t convert to attainment.
Despite knowing the uncertainty of the result, their loyalty towards their responsibility can never be questioned, the key mantra lies as “it’s gonna be tough but tough can’t be impossible". Moreover, it’s not an instance rather something that suits every deed getting performed.
“To be a good loser is to learn how to win..” ~ Carl Sandburg
A very quote we all might have heard, “Experience have words”. Sometimes, bloggers might have sailed in the same boat.😛 Yes!! rightly struck in your mind, here magsman is also writing with experience. You can value your present success, only if your taste buds are aware of failure’s taste.
Remembering a small incident, a student’s father gifted him an iPhone when he failed the exam😛, (Haha!! Yeah, eye-opener event…Are you also thinking to do so ????). Out of curiosity, eventually, I threw the question to his father for such a step. And his answer completely blew me,
“Have you seen any person becoming a PM in one shot? Do you know any businessman who never has felt loss? Does any chick learn to fly without falling? — Big No. Similarly, my son has tried to pass the exam, I have not gifted him for failure but for taking the step to be a winner. If a failure can give me iPhone, then just imagine what success can do, and once you know the power of success, you will always be diligent towards the target”. Hats off!!
Moving towards the end, a small message to readers… You will surely get what you deserve, sometimes when not attaining doesn’t mean you don’t deserve. It’s just that, you need to understand a thin line between deserving and attainment.
Happy reading. 😀
